The address
A tower on Hamra Street, ready to be lived in from the first night.
Le Pavillon Hamra is a new building in the middle of the most walkable neighbourhood in Beirut. Apartments are handed over furnished and equipped — you bring a suitcase, not a moving truck.
Below the apartments sit fitted offices and shopfronts opening straight onto Hamra Street, so a business and a home can share the same lobby, the same parking and the same security.

Services that run
all day and all night
The part of a building you only notice when it is missing: parking, cameras, a guard at the door and someone in the lobby who answers.
Three parking levels underground

CCTV inside and outside
Cameras cover the entrances, lobby, corridors, lifts, parking levels and the street perimeter, recording around the clock.
Security on site, day and night
Guards are present at the entrance and on patrol at every hour, including weekends and holidays.
Support desk in the lobby
Someone to receive a delivery, let in a guest, call a technician or hand over keys — reachable from your unit at any hour.
Backup power
Generator supply to the apartments, offices, shops, lifts and common areas so the day continues through a cut.
Internet
A connection wired to every apartment, office and shop, ready to be activated on the day you move in.

Questions we are asked most
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes. Every studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartment is delivered furnished and equipped — kitchen appliances, air conditioning, beds and an internet connection included. You can move in the day you sign.
Is there parking?
Three levels of parking sit under the building, with camera coverage and controlled access. A space comes with every apartment, office and shop.
How is the building secured?
CCTV covers the entrances, lobby, corridors, lifts, parking levels and the perimeter and records around the clock. Security staff are on site day and night, and the lobby support desk can be reached at any hour.
What is the minimum rental period?
Apartments are available monthly and yearly. Offices and shops are normally let on yearly contracts. Call us for current availability and terms.
Can I see a unit before deciding?
Yes. Viewings are arranged seven days a week, including evenings. Call or send a WhatsApp message and we will meet you in the lobby.
Do you rent to companies and embassies?
We do. Corporate contracts, staff housing and multi-unit arrangements are all possible, for apartments and offices together.
